Pink Saturday

Welcome with Beverly who hosts Pink Saturday. Click on the button on the right to view the Pink with Beverly and other participants. I have been busy this summer and haven't been able to participate as much as I wanted to...Today I'm sharing the photo of my creation that I made for my friend ~Sonya for her birthday a monthe ago....I use to sell Uppercase Living last year. And I had some letters I had in stocks. So what I did ...I went to Lowe's to get the board...painted off white...distressed it. Then I took this uppercase words transfer and place on the board...then I bought this little pot at Hudson's and glue it on the board...then got some foam and flowers...and decorated the flowers in the pot. Sonya loves it! The flowers had a little pink roses....It's kinda of peachy-pink. I was proud of myself with this project I did...Got the ideas from my Lil Sister....she is more creative than I am. Thanks so much for stopping by....If you have time...go down to my next post...and see my Pink Rose...."Unfolding Plans" Please go over to Beverly to see all the pinkies....http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/
Have a Happy Pink Day!

  1. Hello Katherinellen, your arrangement is so pretty. The Upper Case letters look fabulous on that board. Your info on how you made it is very clear and makes me think I could do this. My niece sells Upper Case Living items. I have yet to try it though.

I want to tell you to correct your post to say Beverly who hosts Pink Saturday. I know you just made an oversight. Easy to do with so many events going on at all times.

I love the music you are playing on you post. My favorite.

Thank you for your very sweet comment on my post. I too enjoy visiting you so much. Your sweet posts always make me feel happy. I am feeling much better with the shingles. Thank you so much for your kind prayers. I too am praying for a good outcome for your tests. I hope you are feeling better as well.
    Love and hugs, Jeanne

  2. Hi, Katherinellen,
I'm just now getting around to looking at all the roosters. I've been pulling weeds most of the day.
Your friend is lucky to that cute sign and flowers. Great job.
Praying for Lady Katerine, too. :)

  10. Hi Katherinellen, yes, your flowers looked like a pale pink. They are such a sweet gift. You are welcome for the note about Beverly's pink Sat. BIG smile. You should share the Upper Case Living. My sister-in-law has it all over her home. I admire it so much. It is her daughter, my niece, that sells it.

    Happy PS.

    Love, Jeanne
