Chocolate Healthy Treat~(Cake in a Cup)

Great Healthy Treat... . Made this for my birthday last Thursday!  My sister and her daughter(my niece)  made this recipe....It was Delish!

Cake in a Cup
By Amy Hanna Rowell & Hope Rowell McDonald

1 banana
2 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp cocoa
4 tsp stevia or sweet & low
1 egg white
6 mini marshmallow or 1 tbsp cool whip
(Options) Sprinkle of instant oatmeal & pinch of chopped pecan or walnut

Mashed banana in a bowl. Add beaten egg white then add the rest of the ingredients...Mix well with a spoon... Poor in a coffee mug... Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. Top it with 6 mini marshmallow or 1 tbsp cool whip. You have a Delightful Healthy Treat! Enjoy!

Weigh~Less Wednesday

Welcome to Weigh~Less Wednesday...I hope everyone is still doing great.  Please except my apology of not posting last week...I was busy taking care of my daughter and grandbaby.  They are doing great...Thanks for your prayers!

I have not reach my mini goal yet...have 2 more pds to go.  I want to encourage you all to NOT give up!  Keep on going with your good work of eating healthy and exercise!  Thumb up for YOU!

Have you found a partner to help you reach your everyday challenge...My challenge for you to do 1 extra thing you can do to make your goals to be reach. 

Yesterday...My friend and I order one meal at MiCasita (mexican place).  We split it and shared...We were satified and full.  It's was just enough for us and we did not overeat.  Great choices we did...We were so proud of ourselves.  Drink plenty of water...and try eating 1 grapefruit a day.

Next week I will share a healthy recipe with you all...Have a great week.  Proud of YOU!

Weigh~Less Wednesday

It's Weigh~Less Wednesday....I am so sorry for being late..."Better than Late than Never"
My week was great...I lost 2.8 pds.  Hope you all did great! Keep on going...Set your mini goal every week....I met mine!  And SET another mini goal for this week...

If you got off the track...Just get right back on and dust yourself off...Keep staying on track and don't look back!  You CAN do it!

 If you did great...I am so PROUD of you! Way to GO!!! Please share with me on my commnents how you did...Would love to hear from you.

Tips for the week....Make sure you are drinking all your water for the day.  Try some new vegetables or fruit that you never have tried...that way you don't get bored by just eating the same things.  It make the world different to me.  I also put lemon in my water and unsweetened tea to give its a flavor. 

I have been so busy with my new grandbaby...Kylie Mae finally got here on Friday, Sept. 23rd. 7:16 am... She weigh 10 pds 2oz.  21 inches long.  I will post pictures later this week. She is so precious and beautiful! We just love her...Mama and baby are doing just fine...I have the greatest son~in~law who is a wonderful husband and daddy to my girls.

Keep up the good work this week...Get ready ...Set your mini goal for this week...YOU CAN DO IT!
